Welcome, I’m Lisa, the founder of ADHD Brainstorm Coaching.
I’m a Transformative Life Coach with ADHD and together we work to lean into your ADHD.

Lisa gave me a eureka moment that I wasn't expecting. The most satisfying part of our sessions is that Lisa has helped me understand myself much better allowing me to acknowledge my behaviours without being so hard on myself. This has been invaluable.

I would recommend Lisa to anyone struggling at this stage and needing to kickstart what should be the best time in their life. Doing her service justice in a few short paragraphs is tough.
