Welcome, I’m Lisa, the founder of ADHD Brainstorm Coaching.

I’m a Transformative Life Coach with ADHD and together we work to lean into your ADHD.

Yep, that’s right… not lean away from, cover up, or fix… lean into.

I believe in a one size fits one model. i.e. every client is uniquely brilliant, different and battling their own individual ADHD challenges.

You’ll move from ADHD confusion to ADHD clarity.

I have worked with another person several years ago for over a year and in the much shorter time I spent with Lisa, I can say I gained much more insight into myself ... Lisa gave me a eureka moment that I wasn't expecting. The most satisfying part of our sessions is that Lisa has helped me understand myself much better allowing me to acknowledge my behaviours without being so hard on myself. This has been invaluable.

She has helped me understand my ADHD and how my problem in the past and present were connected to how my brain is wired up. This has been so so so helpful.

I would recommend Lisa to anyone struggling at this stage and needing to kickstart what should be the best time in their life. Doing her service justice in a few short paragraphs is tough.

Lisa has helped me find direction and purpose in an area I’m passionate about and also confront, head-on, difficult problem areas of my life I need to face.

Having had various types of talking therapy over the years this is the first time I’ve been set actionable tasks and set achievable goals.

The sessions are challenging and emotional, but Lisa connects and empathises with you. She’s incredibly supportive and lets you take it at your own pace. I’d like to add, despite all the hard work, there’s also room for a giggle and a laugh and you definitely get the sense you’re in safe hands.
